At FPC’s youth ministry, we strive to help students understand and embrace the amazing work of Jesus in a community that is encouraging and challenging. We are committed to discipleship, based on the great commandment:
“Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39).
Our prayer is to see growth in students in three areas:
- a progressive commitment to Christ (worshipers)
- a progressive commitment to Christ’s body (servants)
- a progressive commitment to Christ’s work in the world (ambassadors)
Our staff is committed to life-on-life ministry in order to see this happen, and we are honored to assist parents as they raise their children for the glory of God.
